1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Watlair, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, our customer, and Watlair.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices for our products are listed in Indian National Rupees and are inclusive of all taxes and duties. Prices are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Watlair. Pricing discrepancies due to technical errors are not binding and may result in the cancellation of your order.
Payments must be made at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods we accept. Watlair reserves the right to refuse any transaction if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. In the event of a pricing or billing error, you will be notified promptly and the payment shall be refunded if your order is cancelled.
3. Orders
Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability. Watlair reserves the right to limit the quantities of any product or to cancel any order, at its discretion, for reasons such as stock limitations, inaccuracies in product descriptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance is confirmed when we dispatch your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Watlair aims to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, and the carrier’s schedule. At this time, we ship only within and across the geographical borders of India. Orders placed from outside India shall not be processed or fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate. Watlair is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance (when applicable), or other factors beyond our control. Customers will be notified in the event of significant shipping delays.
5. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused and undamaged products, or an exchange with another variant of the product, within 10 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, images, text, and other materials provided by Watlair, is the exclusive property of Watlair. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
7. Force Majeure
Watlair is not liable for delays, non-performance, or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions and disruptions in transportation or communication networks.
In such cases, we reserve the right to delay or cancel orders with appropriate notice to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watlair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts based in New Delhi. Customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
